The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, from assisting with scooter rentals to ensuring my room was ready upon early arrival. The attention to detail was evident, with very clean and well-maintained rooms that included comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the breakfast offered, which was a great way to start the day. this hotel provided all the basic amenities one could need for a pleasant stay in Chiang Mai. In terms of improvements, everything was okay; the hotel truly made my visit memorable.
